It's better than leftover pizza for breakfast

I'm no nutritionist, but I do have a fav green juice recipe to share. It's like summer smacked you right in the mouth, first thing in the morning. 

8oz coconut water
1/2 c frozen pineapple
1/2 c kale
1 sprig fresh mint
juice of 1/2 lime
1 tsp local honey

optional: 1/2 banana or 1/2 avocado for smoother texture
Blend and enjoy! 

P.S. Don't you dare let that half lime and half avocado go to waste.  Abeego it!  Let your food breathe.  Well done, friend.
